Keele’s Biochemistry programme offers broad and stimulating coverage of modern biochemistry.
Robert Hanson, Biochemistry with Human Biology
"I would recommend this course as it enables you to gain a broad perspective of different aspects of human biology - from studying cells and biological molecules to learning about whole organ systems. My favourite module was 'Advances in Medicine', in which we learnt about cutting-edge research through a series of lectures delivered by guest academics and healthcare professionals. After completing my degree I was accepted on to AstraZeneca's Innovative Medicines and Early Development Graduate Programme - a graduate training programme during which I completed three 8 month rotations in different drug research and development functions."
