Selected scheduled courses may be available for employees or individuals to book by the place. This can provide a flexible option for smaller organisations or businesses that only need to train one or two members of staff.

Karen Cunningham

Head of Health & Safety Training, Incident Management and Business Continuity

Karen Cunningham is an experienced health and safety professional, resilience specialist, trainer, assessor and quality assurer, with expertise in incident management, business continuity, emergency response and workforce development. As Head of Health & Safety Training, Incident Management and Business Continuity and Founder of the Keele Health & Safety Training Centre, she leads programmes that help organisations manage risk, improve workplace safety and strengthen resilience. A qualified trainer, Internal Quality Assurer, First Responder and NUCO-accredited Training Instructor, Karen delivers nationally recognised qualifications across first aid, mental health, emergency response and health and safety compliance. She also holds IOSH qualifications and is working towards further qualifications in teaching, NEBOSH and business continuity.
