Professor Antonius Raghubansie, Pro Vice-Chancellor (International)
"This university is pre-eminent in its understanding of the need for sustainability."
Sir David Attenborough at Keele University, 2019
"My time at Keele University remains a deeply meaningful chapter in my life. The university fostered strong cooperation between local and international students, creating a supportive academic environment grounded in mutual respect and shared learning."
Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, Namibia's first female president
"Arriving in the UK for the first time was a bit of a culture shock. However, once I started studying, I realised that Keele is a wonderful place for an international student. It had the feeling of one big family and the campus is simply gorgeous. I enjoyed my time immensely and made many friends, who I am still in touch with."
Dr Farah Faizal, Keele Alumna and High Commissioner of the Maldives
"I came to Keele for an open day and immediately fell in love with the place. It felt a little like being in a Netflix series and I got great vibes from all the people I spoke to. Keele is a special place to so many people. The campus felt massive but small at the same time - I later realised that was the ‘bubble’ everyone talked about - that and the squirrels. I completely leaned into the social aspect and met lots of incredible people. I’m so grateful for the opportunity I had to study there and for what I’ve gained from it."
Oliver Christian - Keele Alumnus, His Majesty’s Trade Commissioner for North America, and His Majesty’s Consul General to New York
"My degree at Keele solidified this in my mind, both with regards to the legal aspects, but also the human elements that sociology and social anthropology provided me with. These tools became invaluable in my career growth at the UN."
Awa Dabo, Director and Deputy Head of the UN Peacebuilding and Peace Support Office
