Keele Innovation District
The Keele Innovation District builds on the success of Keele University Science and Innovation Park, bringing together an interconnected community of innovators, researchers, learners, and educators to create opportunities for all.

The Keele Innovation District will feature almost 1,000,000ft2 of specialist workspace, lab space, and research and development facilities, alongside an open innovation hub, indoor and outdoor social and meeting spaces, and enhanced sustainable and active travel options.

Specialising in the vital industries which the UK needs – life sciences, clean energy, advanced materials, and digital technologies – the project interweaves learning and innovation, allowing both thinkers and doers to thrive.

Large scale research and development will sit seamlessly alongside state-of-the-art facilities for manufacturing, science, and knowledge-based businesses, growing the area's innovation base and bringing huge benefits to the region – and country – as a whole.

Keele Innovation District is located between the two powerhouse regions of Birmingham and Manchester, in the 390,000-strong North Staffordshire urban conurbation.
