Student Experience and Support

All students, including online and apprentice learners, can access advice, guidance, and one to one support from their Student Experience and Support team, based within their academic School or Faculty.

If you need to talk to someone, whether it’s about your studies or life outside of them, we have a Student Experience and Support team based within your Faculty to support you, including a member of the team dedicated to every School.

These teams are part of Student Services, working closely with teams such as Disability Support and Inclusion, Student Financial Support, Counselling and Mental Health, Residence Life and Chaplaincy, to ensure all students can easily access the support they need.

You can book a virtual appointment to speak to the advisers in your School or Faculty at the buttons below, or you can attend our drop in at Student Services Hub, Claus Moser on Monday 10am to 12pm, Tuesday 4.30pm to 6.30pm, Wednesday 2-4pm, Thursday 4.30pm to 6.30pm and Friday 10am to 12pm

If you’d prefer to contact them via another method, just get in touch with Student Services as usual. Emails sent to student.services@keele.ac.uk will get passed to your relevant Student Experience and Support Officer, or another service such as financial support if appropriate.

On a Combined Honours degree? Don’t worry if you are part of two different Schools or Faculties – access support via either of your Schools/Faculties and we will ensure you get the most appropriate support.
