Student Services

We’re your one stop shop for information, support and guidance. We’re here for every single Keele student, including online and apprentice learners, whatever you need, throughout the year.

The Student Services Centre is located in the Tawney Building and is open for first line support 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday* and also available in person at the Denise Coates Foundation Building or by phone (01782 734481)  from 8am Monday to Friday* (*except Bank Holidays and University closure days)

Easter Opening

The Student Services Centre will be closed over the Easter Week-end 7-10 April 2023

Emergency out of hours support will be available by calling 01782 733004
