Three weeks to go

Before you start your course, we’ll send you two emails with your Keele IT credentials and instructions on how to enrol. Online enrolment takes just a few minutes and must be completed before the start date of your course.

We'll send you an email explaining how to enrol online, and all you need to do is follow the on-screen instructions.

All students have some element of online enrolment but if you hold a study visa, you must complete the final steps of enrolment in-person with the Immigration Compliance and Advice team. Further information regarding this will be sent once you have completed the online element.

For further guidance on how to enrol online, please visit our ID and enrolment web page for undergraduates and postgraduates.

Complete your online induction module on the Keele Learning Environment.

You can find more information on our induction module web page.

If you'll be living on campus, please ensure that you've completed your online accommodation induction. This is a very important step and will explain important information about living on campus.

You should make sure that you have your Accommodation Key Collection Pass ready (which will become available once you've completed your online accommodation induction), and that you've booked your arrival slot.

If you'll be living off campus, make sure that you've discussed your plans for moving into your off-campus accommodation with your private student accommodation or landlord.

Please ensure all your vaccinations are up to date, including MenACWY and MMR vaccinations for first-time university entrants from the UK.

If you need specific vaccines for your course, please contact your School if you have any questions.

Find out more about arranging vaccinations and healthcare on our Welcome web pages.

We’re here to help if you ever feel like you need guidance or support, personally or academically.

It's completely natural to feel a bit overwhelmed during your first few weeks of university, and don't be worried if it takes you some time to adjust. It's always good to talk to someone, and we have plenty of support options at Keele, including our mental health and counselling service during the day, and out of hours support too.

The University has a presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube and more – so make sure you give us a follow to stay up to date with the opportunities you can get involved with as a Keele student!

We've also set up a Facebook group to enable you to meet other new students and build connections before you come to campus. This official group is your opportunity to meet future flatmates, course mates, gym buddies, study buddies, and everything in between!

We'll also post updates in the group about events happening during Welcome Week and beyond, so make sure you join today! Here's the link >

If you'll be moving to Keele or the local area, you'll need to register with a local GP surgery. Keele Practice is located on campus. Please complete your online pre-registration with the Practice before coming to the University.
