Course Overview

The Psychology and Sociology programme offers a rounded perspective on human behaviour from the point of view of both the individual, who feels and thinks in particular ways, and their social environment, which impacts upon their sense of self and shapes who they are at different stages of their life. In order to investigate psychology in social context in this way, the Psychology and Sociology programme draws on a range of methodological approaches and quantitative and qualitative techniques.
