Biography
Nouf is a PhD researcher in forensic science with a background in microbiology. She graduated with honours from Kuwait University in 2016 and completed an MSc in Forensic Science with distinction in 2025. She began her career as a Laboratory Technician at the Ministry of Health (Amiri Hospital), where she gained experience in microbiological testing and infectious disease diagnosis. Since 2019, she has been working as a Senior Laboratory Technician and Drug Analyst in the Ministry of Interior, supporting forensic and criminal investigations.
Her doctoral research focuses on improving the detection and recovery of missing persons in built structures, with an emphasis on developing evidence-based forensic search methods for use in complex environments.
