Research and scholarship

Michael's research interests focus upon Property Law, including Land Law; Equity and Trusts and Landlord and Tenant Law. His specialist skills lie in the statutory regulation of business tenancies.

Michael is happy to supervise students in the area of Land Law, Equity and Trusts as well as Landlord and Tenant Law.
