Biography

Alice is a specialist employment law practitioner who provides strategic advice to employers and employees on a variety of workplace issues. Alice has experience of advising on a variety of employment matters, including policies and procedures, employment contracts, change programmes, TUPE, employment status, settlement agreements, redundancies and discrimination.
 
Alice has a particular interest in equality, diversity and inclusion and is known on a national level for her thought leadership on social mobility. She is a Social Mobility Ambassador for the Law Society of England and Wales and her perspectives have been published in The Times and The Gazette.

Alice is the current Vice President of Birmingham Law Society, an organisation which represents over 5,000 solicitors, barristers, legal academics and law students across the region and is believed to be the youngest person to hold this role in the Society’s 200-year history.

Alice lectures on a part-time basis and remains in legal practice as a Senior Associate at the firm Bexley Beaumont.
