You may submit a request for a replacement Keele Card if yours is lost or stolen. *NB: You may be charged for this service.*

Students - Request a replacement Keele Card

Students - Request a replacement Keele Card You'll need to complete a pre-order form (login required) to request a replacement Keele Card. Once the card has been ordered we'll contact you via email (it.service@keele.ac.uk) to let you know when to collect your card from your requested collection point.

In most cases your new card will be available for collection within four hours (office hours Monday-Friday).

Please bring a form of ID with you when collecting your new card.

 

University Staff - Request a replacement Keele Card

University Staff - Request a replacement Keele Card You'll  need to complete a pre-order form (login required) for your new or replacement Keele Card. NB: you can also complete a form on behalf of a colleague, should the need arise.

Once the card has been ordered we'll contact you via email (it.service@keele.ac.uk) to let you know when and where to collect. This will normally be the IT Service Desk in IC1.

Please bring a form of ID with you when collecting the card.
