Invite friends and family to top-up your card
Friends and family top-up allows your friends and family to add funds to your Keele Card.
It is a straightforward process to do, simply login to upay via the website or app, and choose top up.
You will see the guest top up option displayed.
Follow the prompts to make the transaction. You will be asked to key an email address of the person who will make the top up.
The person will receive an email link, inviting them to top up.
All they need do is follow the onscreen instructions.
NB: The person receiving the email has no access to view your upay account, other than making the top up. All payment processing is performed on our payment provider's secure systems.
