- Refunds to non UK bank accounts will be made through Flywire or our payment partner, Convera. Please contact us at finance.income@keele.ac.uk for more information.
- International students applying from within the UK are entitled to a refund except where they were refused a visa for a PART SUITABILITY (previously PART 9) refusal. International students applying from outside the UK are entitled to a refund except where they were refused a visa for a PART SUITABILITY (previously PART 9) refusal, but evidence must be provided to show they have not travelled to the UK, or if they have, that they have returned home. If the student remains in the UK then they are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances. In all cases to initiate a refund, a copy of the visa refusal must be provided and a share code where applicable. All refunds are subject to approval and money laundering checks. No refunds will be considered in cases of fraud.
