Global sustainability ranking places Keele Business School MBA in Top 40 for second year running
Keele Business School has been ranked among the top 40 universities in the world in a prestigious global sustainability ranking for the second year in a row, recognising its work to embed sustainability in its MBA course.
KBS ranked 36th in the world in the latest edition of the Corporate Knights 2024 Better World MBA ranking; a global league table of 179 business schools worldwide.
The ranking scores MBA providers and business schools across the world on their efforts to provide a course that enables graduates to have a positive impact on the world. They are scored according to how much of their MBA course is focused on promoting sustainable development in their teaching.
The ranking also looks at the proportion of the university’s graduates who go on to work in “impact” organisations, such as not-for-profit companies and those whose primary focus is providing solutions to social or environmental problems.
Dr Scott Bambrick, Director of Keele Business School, said: “We are thrilled that Keele Business School has secured a place in the Corporate Knights Top 40 Global MBA Ranking for the second consecutive year. This prestigious recognition highlights the strength and impact of our MBA programme on the global stage.
“Our inclusion in this ranking reflects our unwavering commitment to developing future leaders who are driven by purpose, equipped with the skills and values to foster a more inclusive economy, and dedicated to creating positive change for society and the natural world.
“We are proud that our MBA has been recognised as one of the best in the world for instilling holistic leadership and sustainability-focused thinking in tomorrow’s changemakers."
