Advancing Social Sciences (30 credits)
Advancing Social Sciences aims to take the Social Sciences out of the classroom and into the real world. Using contextual and experiential learning students will gain first-hand experience of being a social scientist and explore the impacts of industrialisation, de-industrialisation and post-industrialisation on local communities within Stoke on Trent.
