Advancing Business (30 credits)
Disruptive technology is new or enhanced technology that disrupts or overturns an existing market. This module will develop your understanding of disruptive and digital technologies and the impact they have on businesses and stakeholders. You’ll analyse different case studies and learn how to manage disruptive technology. You’ll gain experience of marketing a business of your choice through social media campaigns and you’ll have the opportunity to use web platforms to develop a business website. This module will be taught through a range of teaching methods.
