We’re your one-stop shop for information, support and guidance. We’re here for every single Keele student, including online and apprentice learners, whatever you need, throughout the year.
The Student Services Hub is situated in the Claus Moser building and is open for first line support 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday* by phone 01782 734481 or email student.services@keele.ac.uk (*except Bank Holidays and University closure days).
For urgent out of hours assistance please contact the Campus Safety Team on 01782 733999 to connect with the Student Services 'on call' team. You may also choose to access support from Spectrum.Life.

Local and commuting to Keele? Care for someone? LGBT+? We have specific information and support for sub-groups of students across our Keele community.
Our student work placements enable you to utilise the skills you have gained from your degree while improving your employability. Organisations Keele students have previously secured placements with include AstraZeneca, Bentley, NHS, Nintendo, Loreal and Wedgwood.
