We’re your one stop shop for information, support and guidance. We’re here for every single Keele student, including online and apprentice learners, whatever you need, throughout the whole year.
We currently encourage you to use the following ways of getting in touch with us during the Covid-19 pandemic:
Please try to email us before phoning us at the moment if your enquiry can wait a short time for us to respond - doing this will leave the phone free for the students who are in the most urgent need of support. When you do call us, and if you need advice from one of our specialist advisers, we’ll arrange a call back for you.

You can drop by and see a member of our customer service team in either the Tawney Building or the Denise Coates (SIH) Building. They'll do their best to answer your query but if they can't they will help you arrange an appointment with one of our specialist advisers. Please note: in line with the university's guidelines, we strongly encourage you to wear a face covering if you are able to; in order to maintain social distance, you may need to wait outside during busy times.
This is for the safety of both our students and staff. Please be assured that we continue to support all our students.
Whatever your year of study, we can help you get to grips with your money and finances.
