Biography

Charlotte Graham BSc, BN, MSc, RMN, SCPHN, qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 2004 following which she worked for ten years in acute community Mental Health nursing focusing on assessment and risk management, during this time also completing a rotational post as a Research Nurse for a community focused drugs and alcohol project.

In 2014 Charlotte undertook the PGDip Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (Health Visiting) qualification and the V100 Community Practitioner Nurse Prescriber qualification at Keele University and worked for four years as a Health Visitor during which time she co-wrote and delivered Health Visitor training packages around Peri-natal Mental Health.

In 2018 Charlotte took up a post locally as a Primary Care Wellbeing Nurse during which time she designed and developed a workplace peer group supervision project as part of her Masters degree in Public Health. Whilst working as a primary care Nurse Charlotte undertook training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and has a keen interest in therapeutic interventions within Mental Health Nursing.

Charlotte joined Keele in April 2022 as a Mental Health Nursing Lecturer.
