Leadership is something that belongs to people with authority. The ability to influence decisions, shape group culture, and work effectively with others is relevant to everyone. Understanding how different people think, behave, and make decisions in groups enables us to navigate complex situations more effectively and to make better choices when working with others. 
 
Join the Academic Skills team for a Skills Seminar on leadership and organisational culture. By attending, you’ll learn what organisational psychology can tell us about group work and decision-making, how culture influences behaviour, and why understanding these concepts can set you up to become a more effective collaborator, leader, and critical thinker.
