Biography

I joined Keele Law School as a Lecturer in Medical Law and Ethics at Keele in 2024. Previously to this post, I worked as a Research Associate at the International Observatory on End of Life Care, Lancaster University. I completed my PhD in Bioethics and Medical Jurisprudence at the University of Manchester in 2021 (thesis title: Upholding Women's Autonomy in Pregnancy: Responding to the Challenges of New Reproductive Technologies).

Research and scholarship

My main research interests are in the ethics and regulation of reproductive technologies, as well as palliative care and the end of life. I welcome enquiries from prospective PhD students who are interested in these areas of health care law and ethics.
