Sunday Adebola

Biography

I hold a PhD from the University of Huddersfield and my research in Strategic HR examined talent management perspectives, practices and evaluation in UK private sector organisations. Prior to teaching in HE, I taught in both secondary and further education settings where I built up considerable experience in student-centred learning.

In addition to my academic career, I have extensive experience in working in the private sector and I worked on setting up and managing a small-scale business for an ethnic minority group in the UK.

Research and scholarship

My research interests are in the areas of talent management, cross-cultural management, organisational behaviour, corporate social responsibility and sustainability within multinational corporations.
