Claire is the Executive Dean at Lancaster University Management School and a Professor of Entrepreneurial Learning. Prior to joining Lancaster, Claire held posts at Queen’s University Management School, Belfast and the University of Ulster.

Sara Williams OBE

Sara is the CEO of North Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce, since November 2011. Previously she was Director of Enterprise at St Helens Chamber.

Julia Cove-Smith

Julia is the CEO of Emma Bridgewater Pottery Ltd. Julia is an experienced leader of senior management and executive teams, having extensive retail and e-commerce experience.

Richard Callaway (alum)

Richard graduated from Keele University in 1990 with a degree in Geography and Economics, which was then followed by an MBA from Leicester University in Sports Management.

Nataliey Bitature (alum)

Nataliey is the Chief of Staff and board member of The Simba Group, an East African group of companies spanning across Hospitality, Energy, Telecom, Real Estate, Agriculture, Higher Education and a Foundation.

Konrad Hill (alum)

Konrad is the Chief People Officer for The Hut Group.

Malcolm Boswell

Malcolm was until recently the Director of Acas West Midlands, having worked for Acas since 1987, progressing through the organisation, working in all areas of operational delivery, including collective conciliation and consultancy work. 

Mark Gregory (alum)

Until recently, Mark held the position of Chief Economist at EY for nearly 17 years. Prior to this, Mark was Global Head of Strategy & Business Development for Wireless at IBM. 

Becci Bryant (alum)

Since her retirement as the Chief Fire Officer (CFO) with Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service, after a career spanning more than 29 years, Becci has become an Associate Professor with Warwick Business School.

Dr Gordon Mousinho (alum)

Gordon has had extensive board level experience over the past 25 years, including being CEO at Capgemini Financial Services UK, COO at Royal Holloway College, member of the Origin BV Executive Board and Partner on the Consulting Management Board of KPMG.
