Eastern Plane Platanus orientalis 'Digitata'
Eastern or Oriental Plane is native to Asia Minor and India, one of the parents of London Plane. It is a fast growing large tree growing to 25m (80ft) or more. ‘Digitata’ is thought to be a cultivar of this tree with deeply cut leaves forming five points.
