KEY COLLECTIONS AND RETURNS
For collections: Please arrange a time for key collection by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
For returns: Please email email@example.com to advise us when you plan to deposit your keys. Keys should be left in the Key Drop Box in the Darwin Building (on your left as you enter the building).

Accommodation Fees/Invoices: the Income Office are able to help with payment queries at firstname.lastname@example.org or 01782 - 734324 / 733152 / 734323 / 733052. If you have a query regarding the cost of your room, contact the Student Accommodation Office.
Issues with other students in your accommodation: If you are having problems with your housemates or noise, you can contact Residence Life for help at 01782 733004 or make an appointment
