Recycling
The University aims to become “zero waste to landfill”.
To support this aim, recycling facilities are available campuswide, including in the halls of residence. There are kitchen bins for dry mixed recyclables as well as general waste. You can also recycle unwanted clothes in the British Heart Foundation collection points in each hall and donate any sealed food at the end of your licence to the local food bank. Details on recycling/donation collection points are advertised just before the end of your stay.
