PhD, DM, and MPhil Degrees

Set by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI).
UKRI usually increase their fee and stipend levels annually in line with inflation, based on the Treasury GDP deflator. Minimum fees recommended by UKRI are always adopted as the Keele University Home/EU tuition fee for all postgraduate research.

Full-time £4,407  1-12 months: £300; 12 months+: £600
Part-time £2,204  1-12 months: £150; 12 months+: £300
* Continuation fees will be charged at the beginning of continuation.
They are repayable (on a pro rata basis) when you submit before the end of the continuation period.

The fee for PHD by Publication in 2020 is £2,204.
