PANDA-S cohort study

PANDA-S logo This study, funded by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR), will gain invaluable insights from patients suffering with shoulder pain. These results will help support General Practitoners (GPs) and Physiotherapists in their decisions about the best and most timely treatments for these patients.

Thank you for your interest in PANDA-S. We are now closed to recruitment, but the study is still ongoing. The PANDA-S research team would like to thank everyone who has taken part. We are very grateful to you for sharing your views and experiences. We are still sending out questionnaires to find out how people are managing their shoulder pain. The information you have previously shared with the research team is already helping to shape care for people with shoulder pain.

You can keep up to date with the findings from the PANDA-S Cohort study through newsletters and via this website. Results may take 2 to 3 years to become available once we have finished the study. We plan to present results at medical meetings and conferences, and to publish results through medical journals. You will not be personally identifiable in these presentations or publications.
