Biography

Laurna Bullock is a Research Associate working in the School of Primary, Community, and Social Care. She completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2015, before undertaking a Master’s degree in Health Psychology in 2016, both at Staffordshire University. Following this, she began her PhD, entitled "Pain for community-dwelling people with dementia: a mixed methods study" at Keele University.

Research and scholarship

Laurna Bullock is working on Improving uptake of Fracture Prevention Treatments (iFraP) study; an NIHR-funded project which aims to develop and evaluate a theoretically-informed complex intervention, to enhance the communication of individualised fracture risk and, benefits and harms of fracture prevention medication in the consultation.
