Have you ever sat in a lecture and tried to write down everything the lecturer says? Took notes from textbook by copying out paragraphs? You’re doing it wrong.
Join the Academic Skills team for a seminar discussing how to take notes in valuable and effective ways. By attending, you will learn why note-taking is an important cognitive practice, how to use your notes to learn things that you otherwise wouldn’t have, and what are some of the best ways to write your notes.
