Check your eligibility
Ensure that you meet our entry requirements for the Dual PhD Programme. These include:
- Educational background: An upper second-class honours degree or equivalent
- English proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or successful completion of the Keele English Language Diagnostic Test (KUDA).
If you are applying for a specific project, please follow the application guidance contained within the advertisement, noting any deadlines carefully.
If you are a self-funded student or an applicant holding (or applying for) external funding and are seeking supervision, please contact the Keele-USM Centre (see below) in the first instance.
It may be possible for existing Doctoral students registered at USM or Keele University to transfer to a Dual PhD programme (ordinarily you should be within your first-year of study). Please speak with your supervisor in the first instance.
