The Health Library for North Staffordshire is based at the Clinical Education Centre (CEC) on the Royal Stoke University Hospital site.
The library is located on the ground floor of the Clinical Education Centre (CEC). The CEC occupies the South-East corner of the Royal Stoke University Hospital site, on the A34 Newcastle Road, opposite the Pinkstones garage. The best postcode to use for SatNav is ST4 6PJ.
Please be aware that if you wish to park at the library, the Royal Stoke University Hospital has a strict parking policy:
- Hospital staff will have to display a staff parking permit;
- All other visitors will have to purchase a parking ticket and park in the visitors' pay and display parking bays;
- Anyone found violating the Trust's parking policy could face a fine.
Please contact the hospital for more information if you have concerns about car parking arrangements.
There are a number of hospital pay and display parking bays available at the CEC car park. Locally, additional parking is available at a private car park at the Hilton Road / Newcastle Lane roundabout and council run on-the-road parking along parts of Hilton Road and Harpfield Road.
A number of local bus services run through the hospital site.
