REACH Staff Network
This network acts as a forum for the sharing of experiences and advice amongst Global Ethnic Majority (GEM) staff at Keele University and helps to inform the University in creation of a more inclusive work environment.
The Race Equity and Cultural Heritage (REACH) Network is open to all staff, who self-identify as having African, Caribbean, East Asian, South Asian, mixed, or other minoritised ethnic heritages.
We are committed to embedding race equity at the heart of our priorities, fostering a fair, inclusive, and empowering environment for all staff. Through this commitment, we aim to drive systemic and sustainable change across Keele University, ensuring that equity is not just a value, but a lived reality.
