Vice-Chancellor's Office

The Vice-Chancellor is the principal Academic and Administrative Officer of the University and ex officio Chair of the Senate. The Vice-Chancellor has general responsibility to the Council for maintaining and promoting the efficiency and good order of the University. In the event of his absence, the duties of the Vice-Chancellor are undertaken by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost.

The Vice-Chancellor is supported by a Private Office.

The University Executive Committee, which meets weekly, is chaired by the Vice-Chancellor.
