This Grade II listed historic mansion, one of Staffordshire’s finest stately homes, was previously owned by the Sneyd family and stands in hundreds of acres of lush parkland and immaculate gardens. Many of the rooms retain their original features, making the setting quite unique.

A year round venue

This magnificent venue is located at the centre of the University campus and event organisers have the full range of campus facilities at their disposal to create an all- encompassing events which will leave a lasting impression. Available all year round, Keele Hall is a great venue for events in all seasons.

Whether you require a small meeting, a conference, a place to hold your team training day or somewhere suitably spectacular to stage a special occasion, we can cater to all of your requirements. The Salvin Room

The Salvin Room, formerly The Drawing Room, features the original ornate ceiling decorations – beautifully sculptured and painted – complemented by views to both the Italian Gardens and Keele Hall lakes. This room is ideal for banquets or meetings and can accommodate 30-115 delegates.

Old Library

The Old Library, forming part of the Salvin Suite, is complemented by the original lower and upper library, plus views of the Italian Gardens, but is shielded from the sun by the arcade above the large floor to ceiling windows. The room seats up to 45 guests and is an ideal venue for private dining or a day meeting.

The Great Hall

The Great Hall provides the ideal space to welcome guests for a banquet, conference or to host a drinks or buffet reception. The room sits central to the upper level of Keele Hall with direct access to the Old Library, Salvin Room, Nesfield Suite and Sneyd Room. For large events, the Great Hall works well with adjoining rooms, such as the Salvin Room and Old Library.

The Sneyd Room

The Sneyd Room, formerly the Study of Ralph Sneyd, features a single boardroom table hosting up to 16 guests. With an ante room, ideal for refreshments and welcoming guests, the Sneyd Room is located on the upper level of Keele Hall with views of the Italian Gardens.

University Common Room Bar

Formerly the Dining Room, the University Common Room is lined with walnut wood panelling and tapestries and is symmetrical in design.  The University Common Room is also home to Keele Hall’s bar, which connects internally with The Salvin Suite of rooms to combine an exclusive area to host your informal networking areas, meeting space and dining.

Chamber Floor Meeting Rooms

The Chamber Floor is a collection of small meeting rooms on the second floor. These rooms are ideal for small meetings or for use a breakout space during larger events and offer an inspiring mix of period elegance and modern facilities. All of the Chamber Floor rooms provide stunning views of the Italian Gardens and rolling Staffordshire countryside.
