Selected and raised by Mr Masatoshi Asari in Matsumae at the southern tip of Hokkaido, Northern Japan in 1962 by hybridising P. ‘Botan-zakura’ with P. ‘Amayadori’.
Single white flowers with fringed tips to the petals
