Prunus 'Matsumae-kazan-in'

Selected and raised by Mr Masatoshi Asari in Matsumae at the southern tip of Hokkaido, Northern Japan in 1969 from hibridizing Prunus ‘Banriko’ with a Sato-zakura.

Blush-coloured medium to large sized semi-double flowers, early to mid season. Young foliage is bronze-coloured.
