Studentships must be added to their own hidden section. The A-Z will auto populate based on the name of the section that is created for the Studentship.
Please only upload application documents and adverts in PDF format.

How to add or modify studentships in T4
Location of Studentship information within the CMS:

To add a new Studentship...
Within the CMS, use the dropdown next to the ‘Studentships’ page to ‘Add section. Name the section how you would like it to appear on the A-Z and also untick ‘show in navigation’.
Adverts need to be uploaded in PDF format. Please use the Keele Studentship Template as so:
● Open the Keele Studentship Template and then choose “File -> Make a copy…”
● Edit the copy as you wish
● Save the document as a PDF. Choose “File -> Download as.. -> PDF document (.pdf)”
When the advert is ready, within the new section you made (see above) add a new content type using either k- COURSE: Studentship or k- COURSE: Studentship HUMMS specific, (or recycle an existing expired studentship within this section by modifying it.)
Follow the steps filling out the optional and *compulsory fields in CMS template, guidance is available within the template if you hover over 'i'.
Remember to select the Show further information document link option with a tick if you need to attach further information in addition to the advert.
Note to remember: Overview is limited to 800 characters, so should contain the most important succinct information about the studentship.
Please remember to set expiration date to the same one as closing date for applications within the Options tab:
New fields were added in April 2020 to allow filtering search by research subject and funding type, so tick boxes which are applicable to your studentship. Those fields are compulsory, so you won’t miss them:
Useful tip when modifying web pages
Replace ‘www’ with ‘webstage’ (make sure you have VPN on) in your URL like this:
