Reporting Concerns with the PGR Experience
During the period of registration, the postgraduate researcher, their supervisor and/or their PGR Lead might develop concerns about the PGR experience. The forms below include guidance on submitting such concerns, and allow postgraduate researchers, supervisors and PGR Leads to raise concerns for the Faculty PGR Director to consider and arrange a way forward.
This is an area which could encompass a broad range of issues, including (but not limited to):
- Difficulties the postgraduate researcher has encountered with the research environment and/or facilities in their School/Faculty;
- Personal difficulties the postgraduate researcher has experienced with fellow postgraduate researchers and/or other members of academic staff in the School/Faculty;
- Difficulties the postgraduate researcher and supervisor (or another member of the supervisory team) have experienced with the supervisory relationship.
You can also give informal feedback at any time to your PGR Reps, supervisory team, Keele Postgraduate Association, or the Keele Doctoral Academy via email kda@keele.ac.uk or an anonymous feedback form.
For any urgent personal circumstances you may need support for, please use the mechanisms published on the Student Support web pages so you can access the correct support as soon as possible.
