Future Vet Programme
The Harper & Keele Veterinary School Future Vet programme is a unique opportunity for Year 12 students considering an application to veterinary school.
Information and programme
Eligible students will access three carefully designed activities throughout the academic year, including:
- A Veterinary Taster Day with a tour of the facilities, taster sessions and a chance to speak to current veterinary students and academics.
- Two days of Vocational Experience at both campuses, with small and large animals, facilitated by industry professionals.
- Plus, Coaching Support in applying to veterinary school and preparing for selection interviews.
- Students will also be able to access an optional study skills session.
Programme completion offer
On completion of the programme students will receive:
- A certificate of completion, recognised by vet schools nationwide *
- A guaranteed interview with Harper & Keele Veterinary School **
- A contextual offer from Harper & Keele Veterinary School **

- Applicants must be on a suitable level 3 study pathway to meet entry requirements.

- Please be aware that all timetables may be subject to change.
- Sessions will take place on the 28th January, 11th March, 29th April and 20th May 2026. Students will need to attend all sessions to complete the programme.
