Upcoming Taster Days

Date: Tuesday 27 June 2023 9:15am - 2:40pm

Do your students have an interest in studying a Humanities or Social Science subject at university but are unsure which course may be right for them? Join us on campus in June for our Humanities and Social Sciences Taster Day which will give students the opportunity to attend multiple taster lectures across different subjects.

Date: Wednesday 5 July 2023, 10am - 3pm

Are your students interested in learning what it takes to succeed in the world of business? Our upcoming Keele Business School Taster Day on Wednesday 5 July is the perfect opportunity for you to gain valuable insights and knowledge from our lecturers. Students will have the chance to network with like-minded individuals and learn more about the benefits of pursuing a business education.

What is a Taster Day?

A Taster Day is your chance to experience a day in the life of a Keele student. Designed for students in Year 12, Taster Days run in a variety of subject areas, with each one containing three taster sessions in your chosen subject, led by Keele academics. There will also be the opportunity to meet and chat with current Keele students.

Who is it for?

Our Taster Days are tailored for students currently studying in Year 12 who want to find out more about university and the subjects they may like to study.  You’ll get an in-depth look at the courses that we have on offer here at Keele and what it’s like to study them, as well as valuable experiences to use in your personal statement.

Where can I attend a Taster Day?

All Taster Days are held on Keele University’s beautiful 600 acre campus. View details on how to find us.

Is lunch provided?

Lunch will not be provided for these events. We recommend students bring their own lunch, but there will be outlets available on campus to purchase refreshments.
