TERMIS EU conference
Keele and the RJAH Orthopaedic Hospital was well represented at the Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine International Society meeting held in March in Manchester.
Invited and selected podium presentations were delivered by Professor Ying Yang, Drs Karina Wright and Oksana Kehoe, as well as a number of post-graduate students.
Keele’s Arjan Atwal (PhD student) won 1st Place Oral Presentation awarded by The Tissue and Cell Engineering Society for their presentation “A Novel Injectable Hydrogel-based Drug Delivery System for the Repair of Cartilage Defects”.
