Gordon Fyfe is a Fellow of the University where he taught sociology between 1971 and 2003. His research interests include visual sociology and the sociology of museums.  He is currently writing a book on the subject of museum studies.  Fyfe is a founder editor of the open access journal Museum and Society and Chairman of Leamington Studio Artists. He serves on the editorial boards of The Sociological Review and the Museum History Journal.
