Engaging Marginalised Voices in Climate Policy

Led by Professor Zoe Robinson and the Globe Group CIC, this project brought together 187 residents across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent to explore how local communities can thrive within ecological limits.

Through 12 inclusive workshops, participants shared priorities around housing, education, food, energy, and nature, with findings mapped onto the Doughnut Economics framework. The project has informed local policy discussions and contributed to a forthcoming book chapter on climate action and social equity.
