Cheshire West and Chester Council, in partnership with Keele and Chester universities, delivered a pioneering social learning initiative aimed at unlocking community wealth and ownership among low-income communities.
Through a series of co-produced workshops, the project empowered residents with lived experience of poverty to explore innovative, community-driven responses to the economic impacts of COVID-19, fostering collaboration, resilience, and local leadership.
