Our support, services and the Keele community

Here's some more information about the sorts of help available to all our students.

The Student Services Centre is their place to go if they ever need information about the range of additional support and activities available to students at Keele. The team are experienced in dealing with a wide range of issues and will work with them to resolve any issues or concerns they might be experiencing.

Our teams have prepared lots of resources to help all students get into the swing of academic life. Access these resources here

Advice & Support at Keele SU (ASK) delivers a dedicated advice service that is separate from the University. Advisers are part of Keele SU, and provide free, confidential and impartial advice to our students on a range of issues, such as academic topics, health, family, wellbeing, accommodation, finance, legal, international concerns, employment and much more.

Life as a Keele student is about so much more than academic studies - although that is a big part! Find out more about opportunities our students have outside of their studies.

Alongside all other University support services, we work with Health Assured to enable all students with access to a 24-hour confidential helpline and digital resources to help them through any of life’s issues or problems. This service is sometimes called a ‘Student Assistance Programme’ and the service is also available to students' partners and dependents too.

From welcome buddies to mental health peer supporters, our students are here to help each other!

Resident Advisers are in every halls on campus and are there to support other students.

Our campaign to ensure everyone feels welcome at Keele.
