Our support, services and the Keele community
Here's some more information about the sorts of help available to all our students.
The Student Services Centre is their first stop if they ever need information about the range of additional support and activities available to students at Keele. The team are experienced in dealing with a wide range of issues and will work with them to resolve any issues or concerns they might be experiencing.
ASK (Advice and Support at Keele)
ASK delivers a dedicated advice service that is separate from the University. Advisers are part of KeeleSU, and provide free, confidential and impartial advice to our students on a range of issues, such as academic topics, health, family, wellbeing, accommodation, finance, legal, international, employment and much more. You'll find more information on the ASK web pages.
Alongside all other University support services, Keele University works with Health Assured to enable all students to access to a 24 hour confidential helpline and digital resources to help them through any of life’s issues or problems. This service is sometimes called a ‘Student Assistance Programme’. And what's more, the service is also available to students' partners and dependents too.
