Biography
Dr Tanya Wright trained as a GP, completing her medical degree at Dundee University, and her GP training in Edinburgh. After a significant career break for family reasons, she went back to University to pursue a lifelong interest in Public Health, gaining an MPH (Distinction) from Derby University. Subsequently, she has also completed a PhD at Keele University, investigating burnout in family physicians in low- and middle-income countries. She has a particular interest in Global Health having been raised in Kenya, and in health workforce research.
