Terry Dray is Director for Employability and Employer Engagement at Keele University where he is responsible for career development provision, enterprise, apprenticeships, a research and innovation project, engaged and experiential learning, employer engagement and employment and skills. He has worked in higher education for 26 years and has held management positions at Warwick University, University of Manchester, Oxford University and Liverpool John Moores University. He has addressed conferences in Australia, Africa, China, Europe and the USA. He has acted as a consultant working with Cape Town University, University of Jordan, Ain Shams University, Egypt, Universiti Teknologi Mara, Malaysia and others. He is co-author of The Routledge Guide to Criminal Justice Careers.
