Biography
Head of History and Sociology in an 11-18 high school for over 20 years. Lee Hatfield was also a post 16 form tutor during this time as well; liaising with universities, providing pastoral support, and UCAS guidance as well.
Moved to Keele in 2015/16 to teach in the Foundation Year, in the Humanities and Social Sciences. Also involved in FY wide modules e.g. Communication Skills and Academic Development. As well as curriculum delivery, Lee Hatfield has also been an academic mentor, acting as the first point of access to Keele's pastoral support network.
